So the U.S./NATO launch an illegal war of aggression (exceeding the U.N. mandate to enforce a no-fly zone to protect civilians) in violation of the U.N. Charter to implement its policy of regime change in Libya, and one consequence, according to Britain’s MI5, is that al-Qaeda, as predicted, has entered the country to establish a base of operations there.

Meanwhile, NATO finally released information about the whereabouts of unexploded munitions from its bombing campaign, but refused to release information required to disarm the bombs or missiles, which continue to pose a threat to civilians.

Meanwhile, NATO member Turkey continues to support armed rebel forces seeking to overthrow the Assad regime in Syria, but then complains when Syria shoots down one of its military jets when it admittedly flies into Syrian airspace. NATO itself has the chutzpah to accuse Syria of “disregard for international norms, peace and security, and human life” for shooting down the plane while expressing “strong solidarity” with Turkey as it acts, with coordination from the U.S., to escalate the violence in Syria into a full-blown civil war.
