My message for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, November 29, 2017, on the hope for the freedom of Palestine.

I was asked by the Council on International Relations – Palestine (CIR-P) to contribute a short message of solidarity for this UN-designated International Day of Solidarity of the Palestinian People, November 29, 2017.

I spoke about the irony of this day being commemorated on the anniversary of the passage of General Assembly Resolution 181 of November 29, 1947, the infamous partition plan resolution, which was premised on a rejection of the equal rights of the majority Arab population.

I also expressed a message that there is hope in the growing public awareness of the fact that that Israel was founded not through any legitimate political process, but through the ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

    How is it possible that East Jerusalem belongs to the Palestine and yet Israel Netanyahu decide to get dumb Trump to acknowledge Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and all the world just watches….this Israel is no different than a rogue nation.
