If you buy any of my print books, I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with the product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, with some limitations (see below). Items can be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is a result of an error on my end (e.g., wrong product delivered), the return shipping cost will also be refunded. Your refund will generally be processed within 2-5 business days upon receipt of the returned item, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your PayPal or credit card account. Within 30 days of delivery, you may also exchange rather than refund the product.
Valid reasons for a refund or exchange include:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- You are unhappy with the quality of the product
- Your item never arrived despite providing a mailing address recognized as valid by the US Postal Service
Your purchase will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if any off the following conditions apply:
- The item becomes damaged, soiled, or worn from use after opening
- You purchased a signed copy of a book (unless it arrives in damaged condition or you received the wrong item)
- You provided an incorrect mailing address not recognized as valid by the US Postal Service and didn’t receive the item
