The ‘Affordable Care’ Act

The so-called "Affordable Care Act", a.k.a. Obamacare, was neither constitutional nor designed to lower health care costs.

In March 2010, President Barack Obama signed the so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act into law. Popularly known as “Obamacare”, the law was unconstitutional for assuming government authority to compel people to buy something, and it was never aimed at lowering health care costs.
