Paul Krugman once again claims that the slowing rate of increase in the costs of health care can be attributed at least in part to Obamacare.

Once again, what he doesn’t disclose to his readers is the fact that this slowing in the rate of increase in health spending has been occurring since 2003. Likewise, he doesn’t disclose that Obamacare’s effect on this trend, if anything, is negative.
