A few weeks ago, Al Jazeera published a short documentary called Starving Gaza about Israel’s policy of using starvation as a weapon of war during its ongoing genocide.
It relates the struggle of doctors to save the lives of severely malnourished children and infants under the horrifying conditions resulting from Israel’s accompanying systematic targeting of Gaza’s health care system.
It also relates how the Biden administration’s State Department, in defiance of its own experts, has preposterously claimed that Israel is not blocking humanitarian aid in order to circumvent the prohibition under US law of arms exports to countries that engage in gross human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

To take a deep dive into the US government’s longstanding policy of supporting Israel’s systematic violation of Palestinians’ fundamental human rights for the Jewish supremacist state’s entire 76-year existence, read my book Obstacle to Peace: The US Role in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

“But what is arguably even sicker than the Biden/Harris admin’s support for Israel’s genocide is how Americans planning on voting for @VP next month have either chosen self-delusion or just don’t care about Palestinian civilians being massacred by the Jewish supremacist state.”
This might be true, but for the fact that the alternative Trump is demonstrably worse on this issue, so what choices do Americans have? If your answer is to not vote, just remember you said that when Trump names Albert Bourla head of NIH.
If you vote, David, you are legitimizing the outcome either horrific way. I, for one, refuse to legitimize the criminal organization in Washington. I will not be complicit in a genocide.
