I recently joined Paul Lobosco and Dr. Richard Margolis from the organization American Health Revolution to discuss how public vaccine policies systematically violate the right to informed consent.
This has been a major focus of my work for many years, and Paul introduces me by saying, “Jeremy’s incredible forensic work has documented how informed consent has all but disappeared in America, and it’s been by design.”
Our conversation focused largely on how government intervention into the market has perverted both science and medicine, resulting in institutionalized biases and policies that are focused on the wrong goals.

- Why studies comparing long-term health outcomes between fully vaccinated and completely unvaccinated children are required to determine vaccines’ effects on human health
- How scientific data show that unvaccinated children are healthier, with far lower rates of chronic illnesses
- How there is institutionalized confirmation bias resulting in a clear double standard in the interpretation of studies, whereby any observational studies finding no association between vaccines and harms is regarded as perfect and determinative, whereas studies finding an association are dismissed a priori as methodologically flawed
- How the burden of proof has been shifted so vaccine manufacturers don’t have to prove safety, but instead the consumers often coerced into using the products must prove they cause harm
- How pharmaceutical companies are habitual violators of the law, but the fines and settlements they have been made to pay are just a cost of doing business, and the government otherwise helps them ensure maximal profits
- Why “safe and effective” as a description for vaccines as a pharmaceutical product is scientifically meaningless, and why an individualized risk-benefit analysis is always required
- Why the vaccine-autism hypothesis has not been falsified
- How the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule in the 1990s was exposing infants to cumulative levels of mercury exceeding the government’s own safety guidelines
- Why vaccine manufacturers use aluminum in many vaccines
- How the COVID-19 vaccines were sold to the public based on lies about their effectiveness—and lies about natural immunity
- How the policy goal, perversely, is not a healthy population but a high vaccination rate—and how we can see in the data that the untested assumption that high vaccination rates would produce healthy children is false
