FEZIBO Adjustable Height Stand Up Desk
I love this adjustable stand up desk so much I bought two of them. I first bought the 48 x 24 inch one and used it for several years. Then after moving to a larger office space, I upgraded to the 63 x 24 inch desk while my son inherited the other one. I love being able to stand up, stretch my legs, and just move around more instead of sitting all day while I’m at my computer. I also purchased an anti-fatigue board along with my adjustable-height desk, and I can speak from experience in telling you that, yes, it does help enormously. Without it, my feet tend to get very fatigued, forcing me to sit down sooner, whereas with this board, I find myself standing comfortably for much longer periods of time.
Getting this desk along with a much more ergonomic chair has done wonders for my lower back!
